PRIVACY POLICY FOR TUNEBAT Effective date: October 10, 2026 Developer: FORMULA TEST Contact: ardeliabaiz@gmail.com Android package: com.speedsolve.cubetimer 1. ABOUT THIS POLICY FORMULA TEST provides Tunebat, an Android application for music discovery, playback, supported downloads, playlists, lyrics, and on-device song analysis. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the application. It covers the app and communications you send to us. External music services, advertising providers, and websites also have their own privacy policies. 2. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE Tunebat stores information locally to provide its features. This can include: - Music library records, audio file names and locations, and track metadata. - Playlists, favorites, playback history, and queue information. - Download records, progress, and downloaded audio files. - Cached artwork and lyrics. - Language, country, playback settings, and content-provider preferences. - Estimated BPM, musical key, Camelot notation, and analysis history. - Authentication/session information for optional integrations you connect. The core player does not require a Tunebat account. Locally stored information is not automatically uploaded to a FORMULA TEST cloud music library. This does not mean the app is entirely offline: advertising, online music features, and optional integrations involve network requests as described below. 3. SONG ANALYSIS AND LOCAL AUDIO Song Analyzer processes selected local audio and downloaded songs on your phone. Audio is not uploaded for BPM, key, or Camelot analysis. Results and file references are saved locally so they can be reused and used to identify compatible tracks. Temporary decoding files are used during analysis and are removed by the analyzer when processing finishes or is cancelled. Clearing analysis history removes saved estimates, not the original music. Audio access for local playback and analysis does not record microphone audio. If you explicitly share or export files, the service or recipient you choose will receive that content and handle it under its own terms. 4. ONLINE MUSIC, DOWNLOADS, AND COUNTRY DETECTION Search, streaming, downloads, artwork, lyrics, charts, and content-provider setup connect to external services. These services receive your IP address and request details, which can include search terms, track or artist names, content identifiers, and technical connection information. Such requests are needed to retrieve the content or information you request. Automatic country detection can contact IP-based lookup services, including ipwho.is, api.country.is, ipapi.co, and ip-api.com. They receive your IP address and may infer an approximate location. Tunebat uses the returned country code for regional settings and content availability. A country preference is stored locally. The app does not request precise GPS location permission. Downloaded audio is saved in the configured location on your device. Other apps with permission to access that location may also be able to read it. 5. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY SDK DATA Tunebat includes AppLovin MAX and the Meta Audience Network mediation adapter. Ads may include banners, native ads, medium rectangles, interstitials, and rewarded ads. Depending on SDK settings, available permissions, your region, and advertising choices, advertising providers may collect or receive: - Advertising identifiers and other app/device identifiers. - IP address and approximate location inferred from it. - Device model, operating system, language, and network information. - Ad requests, impressions, interactions, and reward-completion events. - Technical diagnostics and performance information relating to ads. Providers use this information for ad delivery, personalization where permitted, measurement, fraud prevention, and service improvement. They may process and share information with their advertising and measurement partners under their own policies. This processing is separate from local song analysis; Tunebat does not upload your audio files to ad providers for analysis. Advertising-related sharing may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information under some privacy laws. Android advertising/privacy settings and providers' privacy tools offer controls, subject to their availability. Removing an advertising ID or limiting personalization does not necessarily stop all advertising-related processing or remove ads from the app. Provider policies and choices: AppLovin privacy policy, reviewed revision: https://legal.applovin.com/revisions/privacy-policy-revision-july-21-2026/ AppLovin legal and privacy resources: https://legal.applovin.com/ Meta privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/ 6. OPTIONAL INTEGRATIONS AND SUPPORT If you connect an optional service such as Last.fm, it may receive track names, artists, listening activity, and account/session information needed for that integration. Disable the integration to stop future submissions; information already received by that service remains subject to its policy. Last.fm privacy policy: https://www.last.fm/legal/privacy If you email FORMULA TEST, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to respond, investigate issues, and handle privacy requests. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. 7. ANDROID PERMISSIONS The app and its libraries use permissions appropriate to their features: - Audio/media or legacy storage access: find and play local music and access files needed for supported imports and downloads, depending on Android version. - Notifications: display playback controls and app notifications when allowed. - Foreground media playback and wake lock: support background listening. - Internet, network, and Wi-Fi state: obtain online content and deliver ads. - Advertising ID: support advertising and measurement, subject to Android availability and your privacy settings. - Vibration: support feedback where used. Some libraries also declare platform permissions for licensing and secure internal receivers. These are not requests to access your contacts or GPS. Tunebat does not request camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, or precise location permissions in the current Android release. You can review and revoke permissions in Android Settings. Denying a permission may make the corresponding feature unavailable without disabling every feature. 8. RETENTION, BACKUPS, AND DELETION Local records remain until you remove them using app controls, clear app data, or uninstall the application. Downloaded files, exported backups, and shared files outside app-private storage may remain after clearing data or uninstalling; delete those separately through the app or your device's file manager. Android/device backup settings may also preserve or restore app data. Manage such copies through the applicable device or backup service. Support correspondence is retained as needed to respond, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. Advertising providers and content services control their own retention. Clearing Tunebat data does not delete information already held by those providers. Use their privacy tools or contact them for requests. 9. PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or opt out of certain advertising-related sale/sharing. You may also have a right to complain to your local data protection authority. Rights and exceptions vary by location. For information handled by FORMULA TEST, contact ardeliabaiz@gmail.com. We may need reasonable information to verify and address a request. For local app data, use the controls described above. For information held independently by advertising or music providers, use their privacy-request channels. This policy explains data handling; it is not itself a request for, or proof of, consent to personalized advertising. Applicable consent requirements and choices must be handled through the relevant app, platform, or provider flow. 10. SECURITY AND INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING Local information benefits from Android's app-storage protections, but shared audio folders and exported files may have different protections. External connections depend on the provider; not every supported endpoint uses encrypted transport. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. External providers may process information outside your country, including in countries with different privacy laws. Their policies explain their safeguards and international processing practices. 11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY Tunebat is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to FORMULA TEST, contact us so we can investigate and address it. Applicable age and parental-consent requirements may be higher in some regions. Advertising providers have their own age-related requirements. 12. CHANGES AND CONTACT We may update this policy when app features, providers, or privacy requirements change. An updated policy will include a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain the necessary consent.
